Booking Policies – Please Read Before Scheduling Thank you for choosing No Filter Esthetics by Charlie. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following policies apply to every appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in 100% of the service total being charged to the card on file. No exceptions. Sunday Appointments All appointments scheduled on Sundays will include an additional $50 service fee. Guests & Children To maintain a calm and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments unless previously approved. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be subject to the cancellation fee. No exceptions.
